What Projects Do
Civic projects turn a town from a protected camp into shared infrastructure. They provide visible unlocks, score, map markers, and late-season readiness.
- Forge Bellows, Warded Lanterns, Market Crossroads, Astral Beacon, and Guild Hall all answer specific town bottlenecks.
- Project stock is filled by town contributions and station job outputs.
- Completed projects register as town structures and appear on the live map.
Reading Requirements
Project requirements should be read as a supply-chain checklist. If a material is missing, the town should identify which profession station produces it and assign work.
- Star Iron and Meteor materials usually indicate event or forge work.
- Stonework, ward, and beacon materials indicate profession-station work.
- Rare boss drops should be banked until the next civic gate is funded.
Season Direction
Towns should use projects to define their identity. A settlement that builds wards, roads, markets, and beacon routing should feel meaningfully different from a bare claim.
- Build safety projects before expanding into risky terrain.
- Use Market Crossroads to support trade and order-board play.
- Use Astral Beacon as the rally point for harder event chains.
Practical Checklist
- Read the summary, then verify the live map for current server state.
- Use related dossiers to follow the gameplay dependency chain.
- Bring the listed item or station resources before attempting the loop.
